Juken Nissho Mural
1995

This project was conceptualised by Greg Berge, and painted with Marz Cummings.

The giant replicas of ancient Japanese figures were a welcoming presence on the Quay into Wellington City for many years. Some of the figures were painted over, and replaced with kowhaiwhai when the Rugby world cup was held in NZ in 2011. And the buildings were finally demolished in 2021 due to earthquake risk.
